POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS/RESCHEDULES:
All appointments must be booked 24 hours prior to appointment time.
DEPTFORD CLIENTS: Once your booking is prepaid and confirmed, I will personally reach out to you the day of your appointment to provide you directions on how to enter Phenix Salon Suites. Please double check that your phone number is correct on your account.
BOTH LOCATIONS: 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an existing appointment. You will be able to reschedule yourself online if over the 24 hour mark, you do not need to reach out. If you need to reschedule in less than 24 hour window, you will not be able to reschedule yourself online and you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee as it will be too late to fill your appointment spot. **ONLY exception is for Deptford prenatal clients, if you do not feel well on the day of your service please reach out to me via text to discuss reschedule at no charge.
Phone calls are NOT accepted at this business.
If you are calling for an appointment, whether a new or existing client, you will not receive a response. If you are texting for an appointment as a new client you will not receive a response. The only texts regarding appointments that will be responded to are existing clients. Texts will only be responded to during scheduled hours when time allows.
LATES/NO SHOWS:
You will be expected to arrive no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to have a thorough consultation. If you arrive 5-10 minutes late, you lose that time off of your session. If you arrive over 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, you forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded. No call/no shows to any service you forfeit a refund and reschedule fee will be $50 on top of cost of next service. More than one no show to any service, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with Aligned Energy Massage.

INTAKE FORMS:
Will be electronically sent to your email after booking is confirmed. Please be sure to fill this out prior to your arrival and be detailed! Intake forms are where you tell your massage therapist the areas you want focused on and what you are looking to get out of your session. Make sure to note any existing or past injuries, medical conditions, medications you are taking or any allergies - this is very important information for your massage therapist to have. Your session will not start unless intake form is filled out. If you do not see the email (check spam folder!) - please reach out and I will resend. Your personal information and payment info is secured and will never be shared.
WAIVER:
Every time you book an appointment, you will be electronically sent a waiver to sign. Your session will not be honored if this waiver is not signed prior. Please reach out if you do not see the email and I will resend.
THIS IS A SAFE SPACE!
My goal for every single client is to create a safe space where you feel completely comfortable, secure and free of judgement in order to fully relax and enjoy your service. Anything that is said during your session will not be repeated unless you are advising of physical harm or abuse to yourself or to others.
As the owner of this business, I have the right to terminate any session at any moment if made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe by your actions or words. Authorities will be contacted immediately and a complaint will be filed against you if you chose to disrespect these policies. If a session is terminated early due to your actions or disrespect to me as the owner, you will no longer be able to book appointments with Aligned Energy Massage.
